Zuruf

A walkie-talkie for Apple Watch.

Hold the button, say something, and it plays on the other person's watch a moment later, over Wi-Fi or cellular at any distance. Zuruf is for small groups who want to use their Apple Watches like walkie-talkies. It needs no iPhone app.

Zuruf is invite-only. This server runs it for a private group and takes no sign-ups: an account comes from an invite code given out by the person who runs the server.

Support

If you use Zuruf on this server and something isn't working, ask the person who invited you, or write to david.anderson@excelano.com.

To delete your account and everything stored with it, choose Delete account in the app's Settings.

Run your own

Zuruf is open source. A group that wants its own server builds its own copy of the app and runs the server on ordinary web hosting; the source and instructions are on GitHub.
